A behavior management course for ELT teachers who want to thrive, not just survive
If you’re constantly battling disruptions, feeling defeated by rowdy or disengaged students, or unsure how to respond to challenging behavior, you’re not alone.
Teaching is far more than delivering content. It’s about relating to a room full of (little) human beings, each with their own emotions, beliefs, quirks, and needs, at the same time as:
supporting a student’s behavior
keeping the lesson flowing
staying regulated yourself
Often without ever having been properly trained to do it.
Many teachers, especially early in their careers, find themselves dreading certain groups, or questioning whether they’re “cut out” for the job. Simply surviving.
The Connected Classroom helps you, and your learners, thrive
Because when you leave survival mode, everything changes.
You sleep better. You feel calmer. You plan with purpose.
You build genuine trust with students.
And, most importantly, you rediscover the joy of teaching.
"I found Verónica’s webinar and her observations about classroom management so insightful that I chose to reference her work in my book on Inclusion. The points she made about handling conflict and prejudice really resonated with me”.
“I worked with Verónica through behavior management workshops and an ongoing DEIB group for ELT teachers. As a teacher of teens, I had tried all the usual suggested strategies and was still struggling with a challenging class. Verónica’s thoughtful, equity-centered approach helped me move out of survival mode. She offers an effective, contemporary model for classroom behavior suited to our rapidly changing educational landscape.”
“As a new teacher in one of my first roles, with no administrative support, I often felt alone in the classroom. After a painful classroom conflict, Verónica helped me see my students as emotional human beings. Her guidance transformed how I handled conflict, engagement, and connection in class. I highly recommend her to any teacher.”
“I’ve been a teacher for over 20 years. I attended Verónica’s workshop at the TESOL Spain North–British Council Conference, and it was genuinely inspiring. I’ve been sharing her ideas with my team. I particularly loved the part about how to structure transformative talks. Teaching has become more challenging in recent years, and her session was a great reminder of how important it is to be ready and willing to support this new generation of students.”
“Verónica’s thoughtful and engaging DEIB training invited deeper reflection on inclusive language and the unseen impact of everyday communication. She created a warm and welcoming, supportive space that encouraged open discussion and offered practical guidance to support more mindful, respectful, and inclusive communication. I would definitely recommend Verónica’s training.”

FAQ
What makes this different from other classroom behavior management courses?
We learn together, live. In real time, with real people. You get coaching, reflection, and human support in every session.
The course combines 20+ years of ELT experience with Gestalt psychotherapy and DEIB training. It’s trauma-informed, relational, and equity-focused. We build connection and communication skills that center care, not compliance.
Do I need to be a qualified teacher to join?
Yes. This course is designed for certified ELT professionals with a CELTA, TEFL, or a relevant degree. It’s especially supportive for teachers early in their careers, or for those who feel underprepared or overwhelmed in their current teaching role.
I’m already overwhelmed. Will this involve extra work?
I hear you. This course was designed by a teacher, for teachers, with real classroom demands in mind. The commitment is approximately an hour and a half per week over three months, and the focus is on support, reflection, and practical integration, not added pressure.
Do I have to attend live sessions?
Live sessions are at the heart of the experience; this is where learning, connection, and real-time support happen. That said, recordings and transcripts are available, so if life gets in the way, you can stay grounded and supported without falling behind.
How big is the group?
Each cohort includes 6–12 teachers, small enough for personalised support, and large enough to foster meaningful peer connection.
What tech do I need?
Just a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone for our weekly video sessions.
What are the payment options?
Pay in installments: 1 payment of €200 to reserve space (nonrefundable)
3 payments of €214 a month (refundable up to 14 days) Pay in Full:
€840 total Euros (refundable up to 14 days)
Will I see a return on my investment?
If teaching feels heavy right now, this course offers more than short-term relief. You’ll build relational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills grounded in empathy. Skills that will strengthen your classroom, support your professional growth, and carry into life beyond school.
