Founding Beta Cohort

If behavior is communication, what is it saying?

When students talk constantly, withdraw, refuse to participate, or arrive completely unprepared, it is easy to focus on stopping the behavior.

This four-week live online course offers a different starting point: What might the behavior be communicating?

You will learn to look beneath challenging classroom behavior, explore what may be driving it, and respond with greater calm, confidence, and connection while maintaining clear boundaries. The Connected Classroom is for ELT teachers who are experiencing behavior challenges in the classroom.

The Founding Beta Program Includes:

  • Four live, 90-minute online sessions
  • A small cohort of no more than 12 participants
  • Downloadable course materials
  • A private WhatsApp group

Together, we will explore:

  • Behavior as communication
  • The unmet needs beneath challenging behavior
  • Your behavior triggers
  • Your fight, flight, freeze and fawn responses
  • Ways to respond with connection and clear boundaries

You will leave with a practical framework for understanding challenging behavior and responding without shame, rewards, or reactive power struggles.

You do not need another list of quick fixes for challenging classroom behavior. You need a way to understand what is happening beneath the behavior and what is happening within you when it occurs.

If behavior is communication, let’s learn to speak the language.
